5.1 Enrollment

Course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or otherwise disclose the course materials to any third party.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

All prices for courses are listed on our Site and are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our courses at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Payments

Payments must be made in full before access to course materials is granted. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our Site.

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by course and are clearly stated on the course information page. Refund requests must be made within the specified period. To request a refund, contact our customer service at admin@cas-tle.in.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Services must be cancelled within 7 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Refund Process

• To request a refund, contact our customer service team at admin@cas-tle.com with your purchase details.

• Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Refund Amount

• If you cancel the service within 0-2 days of purchase, you will receive a refund of 80%.

• If you cancel the service within 3 days of purchase, you will receive a partial refund of  50%, depending on the nature of the service and the work already completed.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of purchase or for services that have already been fully rendered.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are deemed non-refundable, including:

• Custom or personalized services.

• Services that have been entirely rendered or completed.

• Partial payments totalling less than 50% of the total amount or less than Rs 8000.

5. Exceptions

• If the service provided does not meet the specifications or quality standards agreed upon, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will review your case and may offer a full or partial refund based on the situation.
